Resurrection Celebration
Resurrection Sunday Program –Children’s Ministry will organize an exciting and biblical based day of fun entertainment, food and music for all children ages 2 years to second grade. CM will plan a creative way to share the story of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We will also have a salvation call and prayer during this event. Parents can leave their children and attend the Easter service.
Summer Picnic
At the Calvary Chapel Church picnic we have games, activities and a variety of children’s entertainment. This is a family event, so we want parents to join in the fun with their children. We do not provide childcare for this event so parents must accompany children. The event is accompanied by a river baptism. The Picnic usually takes place at the end of the summer season.
Harvest Festival
Children’s Ministry will hold this event on October 31st by design. It is a family event that will be theme oriented each year, so the mood and environment will be very festive. It is designed for children 2 years to 4th grade. It consists of games, prizes, candy and activities that will challenge older kids and amuse younger kids. We do not provide childcare so we ask that parents stay with their children during this event.
Christmas Events
During the main Christmas Eve service Children’s Ministry will provide childcare for children 2yr-2nd Grade. During this time with the kids there will be worship, crafts, games, and a program to share the birth of Christ and the real reason to celebrate during the Christmas season.
4th thru 6th Grade Summer Camp
In the summer we take 4th, 5th and 6th graders on a 4 day, Thursday – Sunday, campout. It is a time filled with fun, games, activities, worship, devotions and wonderful growth and fellowship.
